The "Babybee Baby Search" is sponsored by Babybee and is governed by the following Official Rules. By participating in the competition, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Babybee, are final in all respects. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Babybee (ca.support@babybeeonline.com).

Eligibility
This competition is open to all legal Canadian residents, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry period
Submissions to part 1 are open from 10am AEDT 7th March 2022 to Midnight AEDT 16^th March.

Voting entries are open from 10am AEDT 17^th March 2022 to Midnight AEDT 25^th March.

Only entries received in the entry period will be eligible for the prize. The winner will be announced on this website page and notified via email within 2 weeks of completion of the competition.

How to enter

You may enter Part 1 as many times as you wish.

You may only enter Part 2 once.

You may enter both Part 1 and Part 2.

Part 1: Submit a photo of your child to form on the landing page: https://ca.babybeeonline.com/pages/babybee-baby-search

Part 2: Vote for your favourite photo and submit your email address for inclusion in the babybee email newsletter list.

Winner selection
Entries to part 1 will be shortlisted by a panel of Babybee employees.

The shortlisted photos will be displayed for public vote in Part 2 of the promotion.

The winner will be the photo that receives the highest number of votes.

Please note: any submissions containing copyright or trademarked images etc will not be eligible. All shortlist decisions are made at the discretion of the Babybee panel and are final.

The prizes
The winner will receive a Babybee DUO2 stroller in the colour and configuration of their choice. The prize may not be substituted for cash unless at the discretion of Babybee.

Indemnification and limitation of liability
BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS BABYBEE, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. BABYBEE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. BABYBEE, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ENTERING THE COMPETITION.
