Simply test your Babybee stroller in the comfort of your home and if it’s not the perfect fit for you, send it back (the return shipping is on us!).
set up and test
Purchase a Stroller from our website. We'll deliver it to your door, where you can carefully set-up it up from the comfort of your living room (note: inside testing only).
not for you?
Fill in the return form and we will send you video instructions on how to re-box your products, and a free return shipping label.
return it
Repack the product in its original packaging (along with any unopened accessories) and drop it at your nearest Post Office.
set up and test
We’ll cover the return shipping cost and refund you the cost of your stroller.
Any accessories purchased with the original item can also be returned.
HANDY HINTS FOR RETURNS
handy hints for returns
- Neatly unpack your stroller and keep all of its packaging (including the box) intact in case you need to re-box your stroller and send it back to us.
- For accessories purchased with a stroller to be accepted, do not remove them from their protective packaging.
- For accessories purchased without a stroller, we are unable to accept change of mind returns.
- For safety and regulatory reasons, car seats must remain in an unopened original box if you wish to return them.
