What happens after I place an order?

Pick & Pack
Monday to Friday, our friendly Toronto warehouse team will prepare your order, ready for dispatch.

Orders Leave Our Warehouse
Orders will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days of your purchase. You will be emailed your tracking information once your order has been picked up by the courier. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking details to update.

Arrives At Your Door
Canada Post, UPS, Canpar or Purolator will deliver your order from our warehouse to your delivery address. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. See below for an estimate.
Not at home?
Don't worry, a card will be left to let you know that your order has be taken to your nearest Post Office or courier depot and you'll be able to collect it from there.
Important! Our strollers are heavy and bulky when boxed so please ensure that if you are not fit and able to carry your stroller, that you send someone who can.
Multiple Items
Your order may be packed in multiple boxes. Sometimes orders are separated and arrive within a few days of each other.
